VIC: Man dies in collision with milk tanker

MELBOURNE, April 22 AAP - A 33-year-old man was killed today in a collision between a
utility and a milk tanker on the Princes Highway in Victoria's south-west.

Victoria Police spokesman Senior Constable Wayne Wilson said the driver of the utility
received fatal injuries in the collision at Pirron Yallock about 2.45pm (AEST).

The man was treated by ambulance officers but died at the scene, he said.

The tanker driver, 61, was treated at nearby Camperdown Hospital for chest pains,
Sen. Const. Wilson said.

The death took Victoria's road toll for 1999 to 117, compared to 116 for the same period
last year.
